Meeting rooms
You may book the meeting room Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. Meetings can only be two hours in length. To use the meeting room all meetings must be free of charge, nothing can be sold during these meetings, no political organizations, and they must be open to the public.  The meeting room is for groups of five and up. The months of June and July are booked for Libraries Summer Reading Programs.

Print/copy/scan/fax
Printing/Copy costs .50 cents for Black and .75 cents for color

Scanning is free, but documents must be scanned too you. We do not scan to other parties.

Fax cost: 1-800/Dillon and the city of Florence numbers are free

Long Distance: 1.00 per sheet

incoming: .25 cents per page

Wireless printing
We have a Xerox printer that you can wifi print too. Please ensure you are connected to our wifi Printer so you can wifi print. Printouts are .50 cents for Black and .75 cents for Color.  Make sure only to print what you need. You must pay for all printouts.
